MEET THE FOUNDER

I spent 30 years being called
lazy, unmotivated, lack of discipline,
or just straight up incompetent before
anyone figured out my brain just works
differently. I was fired from jobs because
I could not manage time and organization
the way everyone else seemed to.
Every missed deadline, every dropped ball,
missed doctor appointment, disappointed
manager made me feel more broken and more
guilty, My self confidence was gone.
It was not until I walked into a psychiatrist's
office for anxiety that I was finally assessed and diagnosed
with ADHD. Suddenly, 30 years made sense.
Every productivity app I tried after that still made me feel
like the problem. More behind. More guilt for not measuring up.
More broken. Unfixable.
None of these apps were built for how my brain actually works.
I built Syncra because I needed it and nothing like it existed, until now.
Not for people like me, not for the ones who wake up exhausted before
the day even starts, who have big ideas, real ambitions, and responsibilities
they cannot afford to be "lazy" about.
Parents. Caregivers. Professionals. Students. People with too much at stake
to keep failing a system that was never designed for them.
Syncra was not originally created for the mythical always-on, high functioning
individuals. However, it turns out that when you build something that actually
works for the most overlooked brains, it works better for everyone.
